Meeting
Keller Swartwood Engineering hosts their own
Live Meeting conference room. The purpose of
the room is to improve communication with our
clients and provide faster and more accurate
feedback during concepting, design, testing
and troubleshooting.
Here are the steps to a successful live meeting:
- Set a date and time for the meeting
- You will be sent an email from KSE with
a login and password for the meeting
- Show up five minutes before the scheduled
time and log in.
- If there are any software updates, download
and install them.
- Wait for a phone call near the meeting time
or call the listed conference call number.
- Enjoy the meeting.
- Remember to log out of the room when the
meeting is complete.
