| The machine operator loads
the small parts into the vibratory feeded,
which orients and presents the pars to the
robotic end effector. The end effector picks
up the parts from a dead nest, the SCARA
robot translates to a given assembly component
and inserts the parts into the assembly.
This process is repeated until all assembly
components are complete. A touch-screen
GUI (graphical user interface) simplifies
the machine operation. |
